Description
Stainless steel joint with threaded connection for Ø10 mm tubes and rods.
Thanks to its stable threaded connection, you can also use this articulated connector for vertical constructions, e.g. suspension from sloping ceilings. You can connect this joint to the solid bar or a tube with an outer diameter of 10mm. An M6 thread is to be machined into the solid bar, and the supplied threaded bushings must be hammered into the tubes. The angle of the corner connector is continuously adjustable from 75° to 285°. So you can move the curtain rods and curtain rods around the corner or around a bay window, or mount a ceiling support on a sloping roof.
You can use this joint for our tube with a diameter of 10mm as well as the following supports: "Top" support, "Primo" support, "Universal" support and ceiling support for aluminum profiles.
Scope of delivery:1 pc Articulated connector, 2 pcs. Threaded pin M6x25, 2 pcs. Threaded bushing M6x13. All parts are made of V2A stainless steel.
Application example: Use the threaded joint with the "Primo" and "Top" supports
If you want to attach the round tube curtain rod "Top" or "Primo" to the slope, please use our bay window joint with the threaded connection for 10mm rods. Please screw this joint to one side of the carrier foot, push the other side into the base and fix it with a base grub screw. So you can mount the ceiling support on the wall or roof slope at any angle without any problems. You can also combine this type of attachment with extensions.
Example of use: Use double-track articulated connectors with the "Universal" brackets
If you want to attach the double-barreled universal curtain rod to the slope, please use a bay window joint with the threaded connection for 10mm pipes:
1. Measure the required ceiling support length (incl. base and joint)
2. Shorten the ceiling support rod accordingly.
3. Drive the threaded bushing into the ceiling support rod.
4. Screw the joint and ceiling support rod.
5. Slide the other side of the joint into the base and fix it with a base grub screw.
So you can easily mount the ceiling bracket on the sloping roof or wall at any angle.
Example of use: Mount the ceiling support for aluminum profiles with the joint on the incline
If you want to attach the inner track curtain rod with the ceiling bracket to a slope, please order our joint with the threaded connection for 10mm tubes.
So you can easily mount the ceiling support on the wall or roof slope at any angle. You can, of course, combine the ceiling brackets with and without a joint on a curtain rod, for example if the rod ends at the side of a sloping wall.
