Support Top-16mm for round tube curtain rods and inner track curtain rods: application examples and fastening system

Decorative item from Stahldeko: open rod support made of stainless steel for all round rods, tubes and inner profiles with Ø 16mm. Available as a 1-barreled or 2-barreled holder. Attachment with screw-on plate, boreholes and screws are covered with a base washer or base (available separately). Rod carrier is inserted into the base or rotated onto a screw-on plate. The tube is placed from above and the inner barrel profile from below in the carrier openings and secured with a grub screw. With this rod bracket system, you can easily decorate the curtains on the floor, then attach the completely decorated curtain rod to the wall or ceiling (only one-way). With the help of the extensions (sold separately) you can increase the distance to the wall or ceiling (only 1-track carrier).

You can place these rod brackets absolutely freely on the curtain rod. First mount the bases on the wall. You can either attach the base with a screw-on plate or screw it on directly with Spax screws. Then slide the carrier foot into the base and tighten the base grub screw (not too tight). You can also place the Top rod holder with the openings facing downwards. In this position, too, the tube or the aluminum profile is held firmly with the grub screws. Place the inner running profile or the round tube in the carrier openings and fix it with carrier grub screws. You can move the support in the base by approx. 1.5 cm in length and thus align the distance between the curtain rod and the wall or ceiling (single-track support only). If you want a smaller distance from the rod to the wall or ceiling, it is possible to shorten the support foot with a hacksaw, the minimum possible distance is approx. 60mm. Of course it is also possible to extend the wall bracket (optional). We also offer a 50mm standard extension for the top carrier system. You simply screw the extension to the carrier foot with a threaded pin. We can also make special lengths of extensions, just ask.

You can adjust the rod holder in the base about 1.5 cm in length and thus change the distance between the rods and the wall. If you want a smaller distance from the bar to the wall, it is possible to shorten the support foot with a hacksaw, the minimum possible distance is approx. 60mm. Of course it is also possible to extend the rod carrier (optional). We also offer a 50mm standard extension for the top bracket system.
