Configure your own brass kitchen rail: Post 16 model

Hook rail which combines classic style with functionality, railing system Pfosten-16 with the round tube Ø 16mm completely in brass DIN MS.65 with a satin finish and covered with an impact-resistant protective varnish. Consists of round tube Ø 16mm, short railing supports for post 16 open at the side, optionally with or without a base plate. The intermediate supports are supplied from a length of 120 cm. To close the pipe ends, you can use the cylinder end pieces or the ball end pieces. Of course, you can also select the tube without end pieces, for example to mount the joints on the tube ends. We offer railing hooks made of brass-plated steel or S-hooks made of stainless steel for hanging up kitchen accessories. Including fastening material for simple 1-point fastening. With the help of additional brackets and joints, it can be expanded to form a U-shaped and L-shaped railing system.

Hook rail post 16: calculate and order the correct length.

Ordered kitchen railing size is the pure tube length. The total length is usually greater, in the case of the version with open external supports, the allowance for end pieces is added to the tube length. Please refer to the drawing for the dimensions
*If desired, please enter the number in cm in the field "shorten by:". then we will cut the brass tube to the right length for you. For example: If you need a tube of exactly 127cm, then under "Length" please select - 140cm, and in the field "Shorten by:" enter the number "13 cm". Sections are not sent.
* Parcel service shipping:
The tubes up to 260cm are always delivered in one piece.
The tube is divided in the middle from a length of 260cm.
A connection adapter is always included. A support is to be attached to the connection point.
* Freight forwarding:
The tubes longer than 260cm and up to 400cm are delivered in one piece.

With this carrier system with open sides, you should close the tube ends with end pieces, we offer the end pieces ball and cylinder for this, of course you can also leave the tube ends open in order to use a joint at this point.
You can mount these railing brackets horizontally (wall or front edge of countertop) or vertically (cupboard, shelf bottom or top edge of countertop).
First, attach the stud (with or without a base washer) to the wall, countertop, or cabinet. As standard, we supply a spax screw with the dowel as fastening material. The bolt has a continuous M6 thread, so an alternative attachment with a hanger bolt, metric screw or mounting plate is possible.
Then slide the railing brackets (along with the tube) onto the bolts and tighten the bracket grub screws (not too tight).
Of course it is also possible to extend the bracket (optional). We also offer a 50mm extension made of brass for the post support system. You connect the extension and the carrier with an adapter.

Order brass end pieces for the kitchen rail post-16.

The railing supports are open at the side, so you have to close the tube ends nW. For our railings, we offer ball end pieces or cylinder end pieces made of brass. Simply select the desired end piece in the corresponding field. Of course, you can also order the version without end pieces, for example to use a joint connector (only made of stainless steel) at this point.

Connect the ends of the railing tube with a stainless steel joint to create an L-shaped or U-shaped hook strip.

If you need an L-shape or U-shape or trapezoidal-shape railing for your kitchen, then you can use our stainless steel joints for the 16mm diameter round brass tubes. These joints are inserted into the pipe ends instead of the end pieces, so you can easily achieve any angle from 75° to 285°.
To assemble an L-shaped railing bar, order: 1 railing with a tube open on one side and 1 piece end piece + 1 piece railing with a tube open on one side, 1 piece end piece and with 1 piece joint
To create a U-shape or a 3-sided trapezoidal hook rail, order: 2 railings with a tube open on one side and 1 piece end piece + 1 railing with a tube open on both sides without end pieces but with 2 pieces .joints
