Shipping Service at Stahldeko

How we deliver:

Directly to your home
We deliver all items directly to your home. If you are not home, the driver will attempt delivery two more times.
To a different delivery address
If you are rarely home during the day, please provide a different delivery address when ordering, e.g., relatives, friends, your workplace.
Delivery to all other countries
For all other countries, we charge the full shipping costs and any customs duties. We will provide these costs upon request.
Delivery by courier for parts over 2.60m:
Curtain fixtures with the tube up to 2.60m are delivered in one piece. Curtain fixtures from 2.60m are split in the middle or according to your specifications. For instance, a tube of length 3.40m is split in the middle, and you receive two tubes each 1.70m long, or per your request, e.g., one tube 1.50m and a second tube 1.90m. Tubes split by us are delivered with a connector adapter. With this connector, you can easily connect and disconnect the two tubes multiple times.

Delivery times:

Standard Delivery
We ship all items from our factory generally within 7 working days, i.e., your order will be handed over to the courier or freight forwarding service no later than 7 working days after receiving the order (for advance payment: after receipt of the order amount to our account). We will provide you with your shipment tracking number by email. You can track your shipment online using this tracking number.
24h-Service (Germany only)
For an additional fee, we can deliver the very next day. Please contact us at Tel: 09104/8238183. No 24h-Service orders are possible on holidays.

Returns

Please arrange returns with us in advance

Returns, for any reason, must be arranged with us in advance. Unarranged returns will be refused on receipt.

Important for delivery:
You are obliged to check the delivery for correctness and completeness. Missing or damaged goods or packages, as well as noticeable transport damages, must be reported directly to the freight forwarder and confirmed by their signature as valid (insurance requirement). Obvious defects can only be claimed in writing within 14 days from the invoice or delivery date. Defects in a part of the delivery do not justify a complaint about the entire delivery. In the case of justified defects, our liability is limited to the buyer having the choice, at our discretion, of exchange, repair, replacement delivery, or compensation for the equivalent value. Any further claims for conversion, reduction, or compensation are excluded. Returns, for any reason, must be agreed with us in advance. Unarranged returns will be refused.
